This success message is meant to serve as confirmation of receipt of your form submission. We typically don't send anything further. But, as always, we will notify you via email when the firearm has been received, processed in and is ready for pickup. The email will contain the same link as before, to set an appointment time for your NICS Background Check.
An Arizona Driver’s License with your current residence address MUST be presented at time of pickup. If the address on your License is not current, you will need to provide other documentation including: AZ Voter Identification, AZ Hunting/Fishing License, AZ Vehicle Registration or Military PCS Orders.
Please DO NOT simply show up, upon notification of the firearm being delivered, as we need time for processing the shipment in. Processing times are based on what time of day the shipment is received and that particular day’s workload. Calling, emailing, texting, etc only slows this process down more. We promise to be as quick & efficient with your transfer as possible and thank you in advance for your patience.
PROCESSING TIMES ARE A BIT LONGER THAN USUAL
We typically text the phone number entered into the Transfer-In form, once a firearm has been processed in. If it has been more than 48 hours since notification of your item being delivered, please text us at: (520) 222-7664 to let us know the text message was not received.
If you cannot receive texts at the phone number entered into the form on the last page, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that email is the preferred method of contact.
Per ATF Regulations, firearms may only be transferred to the person whose name is on the invoice from the Seller.
Transfer fees are payable by cash only.
