Publicly Available Personal Information – we collect first name, maiden name, last name, nickname, ID, driver’s license number, current and former address, phone numbers, email addresses, business email, business phone number, government licenses, professional licenses, hunting/fishing permits, weapons permits, and other similar data.
Personal Information Provided by You – we collect gun membership, app usage, and other similar data.
Credentials – we may collect passwords, password hints, and similar security information used for authentication and account access.
Some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit our Services. We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Services. 1ST LINE OF DEFENSE cannot be held liable for any damage to any firearm transferred in from a third party. All firearm dispositions are final. If you are not comfortable with the condition or function of a firearm at time of pickup DO NOT COMPLETE THE TRANSFER. Once the firearm has been legally transferred to you, the Client, the Seller is no longer able to take it back on return, offer a refund or fix damaged/broken parts and it must now be sold as used, even if unfired.
