1. Please shoot us a text or email to tell us a little about the Firearm/Item you are looking to sell with us

2. If it’s an item we think we’ll be able to sell, we’ll reply with a link to set an appointment for drop off

3. You’ll need to provide a detailed list of all of every desirable feature that will help it to sell, as well as all applicable specs (barrel length/twist, caliber, capacity, etc). We simply don’t have the time to hunt this info down

4. We will need Asking & Hard-line Prices

The Asking price is just that, the price you wish to ask for said item

The Hard-line price is the lowest amount you’d accept. This allows us to accept an offer without contacting you first & waiting for a reply. This has helped many items sell MUCH more quickly. Of course, we will always do our best to get you the most money possible

5. If it’s a serialized item (frame, receiver, firearm, etc), we’ll take it into our inventory & out of your legal possession. Should you decide to re-claim possession of a serialized item, you’ll need to complete an ATF form 4473 and a background check will be performed (no background check needed for CCW holders)

6. We will take photos and list it on our website

7. We’ll blast the item out to our 900+ newsletter subscribers

8. Consignment fees are listed below. There is $25 an up-front, non-refundable cost that must be paid in cash to list an item. If the firearm sells, the $25 will be subtracted from the final sale fee.

Ex: Handgun sells for $550, the Final Fee payable to 1STLOD would be $85, we would only take $65 (to offset the upfront $25).
